Apply to dry and clean skin. Apply the pad around the area you want to protect with the gel side touching the skin. Stretch it in both directions before applying it to the big toe. Remove it during sleep.The protector is hand-washable with warm water in which we have dissolved a little soft soap. Rinse well and do not bring it into contact with heat sources. Once it's dry, put some talcum powder on it so it doesn't stick.
To be stored in a dry and cool place.
